Research on the quality of figure cutting

Abstract

The article experimentally investigates the depth of the film cut under different “Summa plotter S 160” plotter operation regimes. Cut depth has been measured using a microscope. The paper determines regularities of the dependence of cut depth on cutting speed and press force, presents the regimes of high-quality cutting and formulates practical recommendations for selecting cutting speed and pres force.

Figūrinio pjovimo kokybės tyrimas

Santrauka. Eksperimento būdu tirtas plėvelės įpjovimo gylis. Plėvelės raižytos skirtingais darbo režimais braižytuvu „Summa S 160“. Plėvelės įpjovimo gylis matuotas mikroskopu. Keičiant pjovimo greitį ir prispaudimo lygį nustatyti įpjovimo gylio dėsningumai. Apskaičiuoti parametrai, pagal kuriuos galima kokybiškai išraižyti tiriamąsias plėveles. Pateiktos praktinės rekomendacijos pjovimo greičiui ir prispaudimo lygiui parinkti.
